My company is based on the belief that the members needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat custom and referrals.

Where I believe I have it right more than most is that I truely believe that the service should be about the customer, not the owner or the company. You must know that you will receive ongoing help, your concerns and problems will be answered and you will not be left to face any potential dilema's on your own. No matter how simple I have attempted to make my service's to you, you will have questions and you must not hold back asking them.

My priority is providing you with successful systems and information while continually attempting to tweak them so that they become even easier and /or  more profitable

I offer very good incentives to my members who recommend my service to someone else and I gain a new member, please do ask.

I endeavor to answer all your questions within 24hrs, average response time is in fact less than 4 hours and it is always myself, Andy, that will answer your query.

It doesn’t matter if you have been a member of my service for 5 years or 5 minutes, you all receive the same level of response and respect from me.

I can't stand forums so please don't expect to see one here, everyone arguing amongst themselves and the so called experts continually ridiculing and going off topic when the ' newbies' want a simple question answered. Forums serve a purpose for many reasons but they drive me nuts and as I have no use for them personally, I stay away.

I openly encourage my members to take screen shots of their trades and to forward them to me with a short cover note. I will then comment and answer your questions and put you on the right path if you are a little unsure at any stage.

I am very approachable and hopefully humorous. A warm, human and personable style service is what you can expect to receive. So far my feedback tells me I am getting it pretty much spot on.
